Ways to Practice Self-care

Don't forget to make time for yourself this weekend by doing some of the things you love. There are a few ways to practice self-care to get you started:

  • Make your favourite meal, snack or smoothie
  • Find some time to read a good book
  • Take a long relaxing bath and light up your favourite ADDYGLOW candle
  • Do yoga practice
  • Do a 5 minutes meditation
  • Water your plants
  • Write down 3 things you are grateful for 
  • Make yourself a cup of lemon ginger tea and drink it while watching the sunset
  • Get a nice relaxing aromatherapy massage
  • Double cleanse your face, do a face mask and apply serum
  • Walk with your bare feet on the grass or sand
  • Sit yourself down in a park close to or touching trees

  • Make yourself a purefume from essential oil
  • Diffuse essential oil and put your feet up
